From the first Soph Show that I composed music. I was brought in after some music was already written, but it turned out that they had inadvertently plagiarized other music and just put their own lyrics to those other people's songs. The point of the show was to be original. So I re-wrote some songs, and composed others from scratch, all within a couple days. This song probably has more honest emotion than any others, since there was a bit of "Art Imitating Life" going on between the two performers. Those were real tears, and somehow she got through it for all those performances.
